Don't feel alone in your grief, come and meet with others, in a similar position, for a coffee and chat in a supportive, caring environment. With trained grief counsellors running the session you can join in as much or as little as you feel able. 

First Thursday of the month 1pm to 2.30pm at Blackfen Community Library.
