In this short course, you will learn the basics in baking a range of different cakes. Learn to weigh, mix and bake classic recipes and how to adapt recipes to make your cakes unique.

The course is delivered in a fully equipped kitchen by a qualified and experienced tutor.

Learners will be given a recipe prior to the first session so they know what ingredients to bring to the first session.
