A short course where learners will learn the fundamentals of Indian cookery.
Learn about using combinations of spices and other ingredients to make a variety of Indian dishes – from curries to speciality side dishes.
The course is delivered in a fully equipped kitchen by a qualified and experienced tutor.
Learners will be given a recipe prior to the first session so they know what ingredients to bring to the first session.
