Bexley's young athletes sprinted into the spotlight at the TCS Mini London Marathon Championships last week (20 April). Held just ahead of the iconic TCS London Marathon, Bexley's team of 30 crossed The Mall's finish line with pride and medals in hand.
The annual event draws thousands of young talents from across the UK. The Mini London Marathon Championships provides a platform for athletic excellence as well as serving as a reminder of the remarkable talent and determination we have in Bexley's young athletes.
The Bexley results were:
- U13 Boys: 13th out of 33
- U13 Girls: 23rd out of 33
- U15 Boys: 20th out of 33
- U15 Girls: 22nd out of 32
- U17 Boys: 15th out of 31
- U17 Girls: 21st out of 30
