Disposal Of Open Space Land

Notice IS Hereby Given that The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Bexley (the Council) in exercise of their powers under section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended by the Local Government Planning and Land Act 1980) intend to dispose of land within the London Borough of Bexley by way of lease together with such necessary rights for pedestrian and vehicular access and utility rights as follows:

1. Land at Hoddesdon Road (Scout Hut), Belvedere DA17 5JA, as shown coloured red on the plan numbered BVS8032, which land extends to approximately 752.76 square metres. The land is to be disposed of for a term of 7 years to the Trustees of 4th Erith (All Saints) Scout Group.

2. Danson Park Playground Kiosk, Changing Room Pavilion, Danson Park, Bexleyheath DA6 8HL, as shown coloured red/hatched blue and labelled on the plan numbered GR029N A, which land extends to approximately 40.73 square metres. The land is to be disposed of for a term of 5 years.

The location plans for these areas of land are available for inspection on request by telephoning 020 3045 4521 (ref: RC) between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday or by e-mailing legal-conveyancing@bexley.gov.uk.

The Bexley (Bexleyheath Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. XX) Traffic Order 2025

1. Notice Is Hereby Given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley propose to make the above titled Traffic Order under Sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985.

2. The general effect of the above-mentioned Amendment Order would be to amend the Bexley (Bexleyheath Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018: -

a) Remove the existing Resident Permit Parking Bay in front of No. 5 Harding Road, Bexleyheath.

b) The section of parking bay proposed to be removed currently operates between 10am and 12noon, Monday to Friday, this will be replaced with a single yellow line restriction of ’10.00am and 12.00pm Monday to Friday’.

c) There is a loss of one parking place.

3. Copies of the proposed Orders, the corresponding Parent Orders (and the Orders that have amended those Orders); the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders and plans which indicate the length of roads to which the Orders relate can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT.

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

Notice of Application for Planning Permission Which is a Major Development

Proposed development at Land At Thames Road, Crayford, Dartford

I give notice that application is being made by McLaren Group to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for :-

Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary conditions 2 (Approved Drawings) and 4 (Materials) to a revised facade solution for the split deck car park of planning permission Ref: 23/01210/FULM for the redevelopment of site to provide 3 flexible use (Uses Classes B2 (general industry) and B8 (storage and distribution) units with ancillary offices, together with provision of associated servicing areas, car parking and landscaping.

Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2025

Lyme Road, Welling - Notice of Making an Order

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable Morrison Water Services on behalf of Thames Water to undertake repairs and maintenance in the carriageway and footway at the side of 12 Okehampton Crescent, Welling, the effects of which will be the introduction of:

•  Prohibition of traffic on Lyme Road from the junction with Okehampton Crescent for approximately 20 meters into Lyme Road, Welling

2. The Order will come into effect on 22 April 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 6 days.

3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be provided via:
Okehampton Crescent, Tor Road, Axminster Crescent, Lyme Road and reverse
Okehampton Crescent, Upper Wickham Lane, Berwick Road, Lyme Road

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable Morrison Water Services to undertake utility repair and maintenance in the carriageway and footway, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:

•  Prohibition of traffic from the junction with Upper Wickham Lane for approx. 20 meters into Burnell Avenue, Welling

•  Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition first two bays on Burnell Avenue, Welling at the junction with Upper Wickham Lane, Welling

2. The Order will come into effect on 29 April 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 12 days.

3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via:
Olyffe Avenue, Lovel Avenue, Upper Wickham Lane, Burnell Avenue, and reverse
Upper Wickham Lane, Bellegrove Road, Central Avenue, Burnell Avenue, and reverse

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable Southern Gas Networks to lay a new service carriageway outside Plot 2, 32 Tile Kiln Lane, Bexley, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:

•  Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition from 147 to 149 and from 30 to 32 Tile Kiln Lane, Bexley

2. The Order will come into effect on 28 April 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 6 days.

3. Whilst the works are in progress no alternative routes will be required.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable water mains replacement works by Morrisons Water Services on behalf of Thames Water the effects of which will be the introduction of:

•  Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Parkside Road from the junction with Stanmore Road to the junction with Poplar Mount, Belvedere

•  Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) preventing ingress and egress to Parkside Road Belvedere in the following roads

   Stanmore Road junction with Parkside Road, Gordon Road junction with Parkside Road, Ashburnham Road junction with Parkside Road, Mayfield Road junction with Parkside Road, Bullbanks Road junction with Parkside Road, Beltwood Road junction with Parkside Road, Poplar Mount junction with Parkside Road, Belvedere

•  Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Gladeswood Road from outside number 8 to the junction with Halt Robin Road, Belvedere

•  No waiting no loading (Parking Restrictions) as detailed in Schedule One of this order

2. The Order will come into effect on 17 April 2025  and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 58 days.

3. Whilst the works are in progress no alternative routes will be available,

   Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Old Farm Avenue from the junction with Longmeadow Road to the junction with Hollies Avenue, Sidcup

   Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Old Farm Avenue from the junction with Hollies Avenue to the junction with Old Farm West, Sidcup

   Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Old Farm Avenue from outside number 2 to the junction with Old Farm West, Sidcup

3.  The general effect of the Bexley (Loading Places) (Amendment No 3) Traffic Order 2025 would be

•  to make minor changes to various scheduled definitions of lengths of Loading Place restrictions in the Bexley (Loading Places) Traffic Order 2019, without physically changing any existing markings so that the definitions of those lengths of waiting and loading restrictions in the Order schedules accurately reflect the existing markings on street and facilitate better enforcement.

4. The general effect of the Bexley (Abbey Wood Station)(Parking Places) (Amendment No 15) Traffic Order 2025 would be

•  to make minor changes to various scheduled definitions of lengths of Parking Place restrictions in the Bexley (Abbey Wood)(Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018, without physically changing any existing markings so that the definitions of those lengths of waiting and loading restrictions in the Order schedules accurately reflect the existing markings on street and facilitate better enforcement

•  to propose a change to remove a section of bay outside of No 69 Overton Road which currently operates between 11am and 1pm Monday to Friday. The removed section of bay will be replaced with a single yellow line operating between 11am to 1pm Monday to Friday.

5. Copies of the Orders, (and the Orders that have amended those Orders); the Council’s Statement of Reasons for making the Orders and maps which indicates the length of roads to which the Orders relate can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT.

a) Introduce new ‘At any time’ no waiting restrictions in parts of: - Brook Street Erith, Burns Close Erith, Colyton Close, Welling, Cotswold Close Bexleyheath, Christopher Close Sidcup, Dunwich Road Bexleyheath, Edendale Road Bexleyheath, Holmesdale Grove Bexleyheath, Hurlingham Road Bexleyheath, Maidstone Road Sidcup, Myrtle Close Erith, Pennine Way Bexleyheath, Roberts Road Belvedere, Rowanwood Avenue Sidcup, Swanton Road Erith, The Drive Erith, The Pantiles Bexleyheath, Winchelsea Avenue Bexleyheath, Wynns Avenue Sidcup.

b) Add lengths of ‘At any time’ no waiting restrictions to existing ‘At any time’ no waiting restrictions in parts of: Days Lane Sidcup, Fishers Way Belvedere and Parkside Avenue Bexleyheath,

c) Replace lengths of ‘Mon-Sat 8.30am-5.30pm no waiting restrictions’ with ‘No waiting at any time’ restrictions in Church Road, Bexleyheath, Ethronvi Road Bexleyheath, Queen Street Bexleyheath and West Street Bexleyheath
