Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2025
Parkside Road, Belvedere - Notice of Intention
- The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable water mains replacement works by Morrisons Water Services on behalf of Thames Water they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
- prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Parkside Road from the junction with Stanmore Road to the junction with Poplar Mount, Belvedere
- prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) preventing ingress and egress to Parkside Road Belvedere in the following roads:
Stanmore Road junction with Parkside Road, Gordon Road junction with Parkside Road, Ashburnham Road junction with Parkside Road, Mayfield Road junction with Parkside Road, Bullbanks Road junction with Parkside Road, Beltwood Road junction with Parkside Road, Poplar Mount junction with Parkside Road, Belvedere
- prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Gladeswood Road from outside number 8 to the junction with Halt Robin Road, Belvedere
- no waiting no loading (Parking Restrictions) as detailed in Schedule One of this order - The Order will come into effect on 17 April 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 58 days.
- Whilst the works are in progress no alternative routes will be available.
- Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
- The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

- prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Old Farm Avenue from the junction with Longmeadow Road to the junction with Hollies Avenue, Sidcup
- prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Old Farm Avenue from the junction with Hollies Avenue to the junction with Old Farm West, Sidcup
- prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Old Farm Avenue from outside number 2 to the junction with Old Farm West, Sidcup

Lyme Road, Welling - Notice of Intention
- The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable Morrison Water Services on behalf of Thames Water to undertake repairs and maintenance in the carriageway and footway at the side of 12 Okehampton Crescent, Welling, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of prohibition of traffic on Lyme Road from the junction with Okehampton Crescent for approximately 20 meters into Lyme Road, Welling.
- The Order will come into effect on 22 April 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 6 days.
- Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via:
- Okehampton Crescent, Tor Road, Axminster Crescent, Lyme Road and reverse
- Okehampton Crescent, Upper Wickham Lane, Berwick Road, Lyme Road - Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians Order 2025
Boevey Path, Belvedere - Notice of Making an Order
- The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned footpath, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an Order has been made, to enable BT/Sunbelt Rentals to undertake utility asset works, the effects of which will be to close Boevey Path, Belvedere to pedestrian traffic from outside No. 2 heading westbound for approximately 30m.
- The Order will come into effect on 14 April 2025 and is valid for a period of 6 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
- Whilst the works are in progress, Boevey Path, Osborne Road, Croft Close, and vice versa will be available for pedestrians.
- Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform, to emergency service personnel or to persons undertaking the works.
- The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

The Bexley (Falconwood Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. 6) Traffic Order 2025 The Bexley (Albany Park Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. 7) Traffic Order 2025
- Notice Is Hereby Given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley have on 7 April 2025 made the above titled Traffic Orders under Sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985.
- The general effect of the above-mentioned Amendment Orders would be to amend the Bexley (Falconwood Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018:
a) Remove the existing Resident Permit Parking Bay in front of No. 375 Sutherland Avenue Welling
b) The parking bay which currently operates between 10am and 11pm, Monday to Friday will be replaced with a single yellow line restriction of ’10am and 11pm Monday to Friday’
c) There is a loss of a single parking place - The general effect of the above-mentioned Amendment Order would be to amend the Bexley (Bexleyheath Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018:
a) to remove the Resident Permit Parking Bay in front of No. 41 Valentine Avenue Bexley
b) The removed bay will be replaced with a single yellow line restriction of '11am and 12pm Monday to Friday’. - Copies of the Orders which become operational on 14 Apil 2025, the corresponding Parent Orders (and the Orders that have amended that Order); the Council’s Statement of Reasons for making the Order and plans which indicate the length of roads to which the Order relates can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT. I give notice that application is being made by MR H BUTTAR to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for Erection of first floor rear extension.
