Penalty charge notice band increases
From 7 April, as approved by the Mayor of London, parking and moving traffic penalties will increase across London including Bexley. The increases are aimed at deterring anti-social parking and driving behaviour.

What if I disagree with the new charges?
There is no right of challenge associated with the agreed new charges which are effective from 7 April 2025.
What if I got a PCN before 7 April 2025?
Your PCN will progress in accordance with the charge rates in place prior to 7 April 2025 and will not be affected by the new charges.
