Apply for an event in a park or open space

Use this service to:

  • make a new event application
  • upload documents to support an existing event application

Completion takes around 45 minutes.

Before you start

You need to provide the following information:

  • the name of the event and the estimated number of attendees
  • the proposed location of the event
  • the proposed date(s) of the event
  • supporting documents, such as your event management plan (EMP)
  • your name, address and contact information
  • information about highway signs, traffic measures or traffic orders you will need
  • your existing reference number (if you are uploading supporting documents for an existing application)
