ASB Case Review (previously known as Community Trigger)
The ASB Case Review is designed to make sure that we work together to try and resolve complaints about antisocial behaviour, giving victims and communities the right to require action is taken where an ongoing problem has not been addressed.
The Review helps us and you by making sure that no-one suffering the effects of antisocial behaviour falls through the net. It will also ensure that all that can be done, is being done.
The ASB Case Review can be used when you have complained to the London Borough of Bexley or other relevant agency on three or more occasions about an anti-social behaviour problem that you have reported in the last six months and you are not satisfied with the response or actions taken by relevant agencies.
The antisocial behaviour must have been reported within one month of the alleged behaviour and the application to use the Review made within six months of the report of antisocial behaviour.
The Review cannot be used to report general acts of crime, including hate crime and does not replace the complaints procedures of individual organisations.
